Brownstone Tech is pleased to offer two monthly service plans for individuals and businesses in Brooklyn* and Manhattan*.
Here are the details:
1. The Personal Assistant plan includes a) one site visit per week, b) backup management for one computer, and c) ongoing phone or email support.
Price: $300 per month (requires three-month committment):
✔ 1 one-hour scheduled house call per week
✔ Backup maintenance for one computer
✔ Follow-up phone and email support
2. The Smal Business IT plan includes a) one site visit per week,
b) comprehensive support of hardware and software, c) backup management for up to three computers, d) unlimited phone and email support, and emergency service.
Price: $500 per month (requires six-month committment):
✔ 1 house call per week
✔ Comprehensive Hardware and Software support
✔ Backup maintenance for up to 5 computers or devices
✔ Unlimited phone and email support
✔ Emergency coverage
* Outside of 11215 and adjacent zip codes, additional travel fees apply.

New York City (all other zip codes): $125
